Concrete and modern construction
With full confidence, we can say that today concrete is the main building material. It is widely used in the process of erecting objects of various purposes. These are residential buildings, and missile mines, bridges and overpasses, tunnels and metro stations.
Despite the rapid development of science and the introduction of new technologies, so far it has not yet been possible to create another building material that would have the same complex of operational characteristics as concrete, and could compete with it.
Today, concrete has a large number of varieties, so the cost of 1 cube of concrete is also different. It may seem to many that working with concrete mixtures is quite simple, but this is not so. To work with such building material, certain skills and some experience are necessary.
Otherwise, a situation may arise in which, for example, newcomers in a new building will not be able to reliably fix the lamp or a story in the wall, or vice versa, the foundation designed for large loads and performing the function of the building support will be destroyed, in connection with which the whole structure will become unsuitable for further living in it.
Currently, when carrying out work on the construction of various objects, contractors prefer not to make a concrete mixture directly at the construction site, but to order ready -made concrete. Today, the production and delivery of concrete is the prerogative of solutions. Typically, this type of production is equipped with powerful production lines, which make it possible to produce, sell and deliver concrete mixtures directly to consumers.
As for the cost of concrete, production and its subsequent implementation at minimal prices can be carried out only if such building material is implemented directly by the manufacturer. The production and implementation of concrete mixtures “from one hand” is the most profitable option for cooperation, since in this case intermediaries are excluded from the manufacturer-consumer chain, the services of which contribute to the cost of 1 cubic meter of concrete by 5-30%.
It should be added to this that if there are complaints about the quality of concrete, when it is purchased directly from the manufacturer, it is quite clear who to make claims.
